Q3 How Long will shipping take ?
A3 We do our best to process orders same day. Depending on your location packages usually take 3 to 5 business days but could take longer due to the ongoing pandemic.

Q4 How Long Do Pre Sales Take To Ship ?
A4 Once you pay for your order we usually ship the next week most times it is 5 to 7 days after pre sales were paid that they get shipped out.

Q5 Will I receive a tracking number for my order 
A5 Yes both shipping methods come with tracking the only difference is guaranteed shipping comes with a guarantee if lost. 

Q6 Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
A6 With some genetics we are able to provide a discount on bulk orders of 10+ packs. Please use the contact us page to contact us before ordering.

Q7 what if I placed an order and did not receive payment email.
A7 Sometimes payment emails can take up to 8 hours to send out. If you have not received your payment email with in 8 hours please reach out to us.

Q8 I have paid for my order and never received an email back yet.
A8 Make sure you followed all the directions, if you paid with cash, cashapp, venmo or bitcoin make sure you sent proof of payment. Once paid it could take us up to 48 hours to process and confirm payment. If you paid for a presale this wait can be up to 5-7 days after the order was confirmed.
